Webshop reviews

We think it's important that our reviews give the most accurate picture possible of our products and service. That's why our reviews are managed by Webwinkelkeur.

This is an independent review platform that takes several measures to guarantee that reviews are genuine:

• To post a shop or product review, a customer receives an email from Webwinkelkeur. A customer only receives this email if they have placed an order.
• The customer must then confirm their review via email.
• We cannot make any changes to reviews ourselves. Only the customer can edit their review.
• Both negative and positive reviews are shown.

We will never reward customers for writing a (positive) review, not with discounts or other gifts either.
